Want to build everyday skills in a fun, supportive setting? Every Wednesday from 10am to 11:30am, participants can join hands on classes focused on essential life skills like reading, cooking, money management, and health and wellness. They also offer bike days at the marina which happens the 4th Wednesday of each month until the fall. These are great opportunities to learn practical skills that support confidence and independence.

Every Tuesday from 10am to 11:30am, participants enjoy playing different games, practicing problem-solving, memory skills, and teamwork in a fun and interactive setting. The sessions also offer a welcoming environment where friendships are formed, and everyone can explore technology in ways that enhance independence and confidence.

BRIDGE is a transition focused program designed to support high school students as they prepare for life after graduation. This program provides the tools, resources, and confidence needed to help individuals navigate their next steps with independence and purpose.

Every Monday from 10:00am to 11:30am, Self Advocates explore resources and skills to pursue their personal goals. STEP provides a welcoming space for individuals ages 10–28. Through activities like crafts, games, recreation, life-skills training, and educational experiences, participants build friendships and social connections while developing skills. A social, educational, and recreational program for adults 18+, AMPES meets weekly in Milton and Sunbury, and twice a month in Selinsgrove and Bloomsburg. Activities include crafts, life skills, community outings, and socialization. A small co-pay helps cover materials, but no one is turned away due to financial hardship.
